This energy gap poses a significant challenge to sustainable development in the region, especially as demand for energy continues to grow with urbanization and population increases. With a goal to achieve universal electricity access by 2030, the national energy mix aims to transition from 90% to 100% renewable sources by 2030, integrating geothermal, wind, solar, and hydroelectric power. With this insight and the ensuring opportunities in the neighbouring countries of Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Tanzania, Bricsa Consulting is committed to host the the 7th Edition of PowerTech Africa, scheduled to be held on 30th & 31st of January 2025. It will be an exclusive closed-door gathering of relevant renewable practitioners from both public and private sectors across the world with a keen interest to participate in the growth and development opportunities in the region.
