Da li je po Ustavu Srbije moguće obavezati bilo koga da mora da plaća uslugu centralnog grejanja, čak i ako ne želi da je koristi? Može li se desiti da zbog postojećih cena i nemogućnosti građana i privrede da se odjave sa sistema centralnog grejanja, dođe do bankrotstva velikog broja domaćinstava i preduzeća u Srbiji? Da li elektroenergetski sistem može da podnese masovni prelazak građana na grejanje na struju? Da li su investicije u elektroenergetski sistem suštinski preduslov za energetsku održivost Srbije kao države? Da li je gasifikacija Srbije ekonomski održiva ili predstavlja model po kome se veliki deo privrede i građana uvodi u dug prema isporučiocima mazuta i gasa koji nikada neće moći da plate? Zašto Srbija investira ogroman novac u gasifikaciju, a ne investira praktično ništa u domaće energetske izvore poput biomase ili spaljivanja nereciklabilnog otpada? vise informacija |
